Prepare Your Items
Gather clean, gently used bras and new underwear. Please do not send used underwear.

Tell us what you are sending and choose whether you will mail your items or take them to a participating drop-off location.

Drop off or ship
Take your items to a local Ambassador drop-off location or package and ship them directly to The Bra Recyclers.

Choose the option that best fits your package size, location, and how you want to send your items.
Best for: Smaller packages you want to mail directly.
Use your preferred carrier, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, to ship your clean, gently used bras and new underwear to the mailing address listed above.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.

Some drop-off locations donate items directly to local charities. If you need confirmation from The Bra Recyclers, please complete the recycling form and choose the drop-off option.
Please note: Drop-off locations cannot accept large or bulk shipments.
Large or Bulk Shipments
If you are sending a large quantity of bras or new underwear, generally 100+ items, please contact us before shipping so we can help you make the right arrangements. Our Ambassador drop-off locations are unable to handle large or bulk shipments.

Optional Third-Party Shipping Option: Give Back Box
Some customers choose to use Give Back Box as a third-party shipping option, especially when sending a heavier box from within the United States.
Give Back Box may allow you to ship up to 50 lbs for approximately $20–$30, which can be helpful if your package is larger than a small direct shipment.
Please note: Give Back Box is a third-party service and is not managed by The Bra Recyclers. The Bra Recyclers is not responsible for label purchases, label delivery, refunds, pricing, tax deduction forms, account access, or customer service issues related to Give Back Box.
If you purchase a label and do not receive it, please contact Give Back Box directly at info@givebackbox.com.
When completing the recycling form below, select Ship via Give Back Box when asked how you are delivering your items.
Retailers, Brands, and Corporate Partners
If you are a retailer, apparel brand, or corporate partner managing returns, overstock, samples, or a take-back program, please contact us before shipping.
This helps us understand what you are sending, confirm the right pathway, and discuss any reporting or partnership needs before items arrive.
